Parts inquiries / orders will be quicker by having the Alinco Parts Number's ready when you inquire. You can obtain part numbers from Service and Parts manuals which are freely available on-line for download at this website http://www.alinco.com. If you can not email, you can call Ham Distributors at 936-649-1497 Monday thru Friday between the hours of 8:30 AM to 5 PM Central Standard Time (CST). We accept Visa, MasterCard, personal checks and money orders.
The minimum order is $10.00 plus shipping charges. We ship UPS usually next day on parts orders entered before 3 PM CST when parts are in stock.

For all North American Customers, please read the following instructions to determine where to send your radio for repair.
REPAIR OF CURRENT MODELS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY :
For warranty repair we ask that you ship your radio along with a detailed letter describing the nature of the problem, including your phone number, email address / return street address and a photocopy of your sales receipt to the address of Ham Distributors listed below. We are sorry we cannot honor warranty claims without a copy of your receipt. You should be able to obtain a copy of your receipt from the dealer from whom you purchased the radio if you have misplaced your original.

WHAT TO SEND WITH YOUR UNIT:
What is usually required is the Main unit, Control Head and the standard microphone for repair so please do not send in other accessories unless it might be considered necessary to trouble-shoot.
Once again, you should also send in a letter with your unit describing the problem you have been having with the unit, your contact information (address, phone number, email) and your preferred method of payment.
SHIPPING / PACKAGING:
Please properly pack your equipment for shipping. Equipment should be double boxed. Repair shops will not be responsible for damage caused by improper packaging while being handled by the shippers.
Repair time on all radios is totally dependant upon current workload, anywhere from one to eight weeks. Please remember that most repairs are unique and some will take longer than others depending upon factors such as parts availability. For faster response, please remember to give us complete contact information including phone number, email and times you can be reached included in the letter that describes the trouble.

Hamfest Promotional Request Items (North America only):
If you are an organizer of a Hamfest and are interested in promotional items such as brochures of our products, please send us a written request on official Hamfest letterhead. In the request you need to specify the expected turn out, the time and location of the Hamfest, the primary interest i.e. whether it be VHF/UHF or HF, etc. You may request catalogs, spec. sheets, and promotional items, in limited quantities of course.
As a company policy Alinco is not able to donate or offer sponsorship to any Ham Radio non-profit organizations.
