In case of NON-WARRANTY REPAIR only, you may contact GRE America if you have hard time finding a service bench near you. FOR REPAIR SERVICE OUTSIDE NORTH AMERICA: For part orders, please e-mail here. You can also contact GRE America, Inc. at USA (650) 591-1400 Monday thru Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM to 5 PM LOCAL Time (PACIFIC). We accept Visa, MasterCard and for US/Canadian citizens only, personal checks and money orders. Please have Alinco Part Numbers ready when contacting us, so that we can better assist you. Service and Parts manuals are available on-line for download at Alinco's manual download page & here. A $10.00 minimum order is required for parts; plus an average shipping charge of $9, can be expedited by having a Visa or MasterCard available. Payment is also acceptable by Money Order, PayPal or a *personal check (USA and Canada only). Orders completed before 3 PM Pacific Time will be shipped the same day via UPS Ground. If the part is available and not in stock, the expected delivery time from the factory can be up to 21 days; typical is 10 to 14. Shipments via U.S. Postal Service are also available as an alternate. REPAIRS FOR CURRENT MODELS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY IN NORTH AMERICA: For warranty repair we ask that you call GRE America, Inc. (address is noted below) first for RMA# authorization, and ship your radio with a detailed letter describing the nature of the problem, your phone number, email address / return street address, preferred method of payment and a photocopy of your sales receipt to GRE America, Inc. with RMA# shown on the box. Warranty claims without a copy of the receipt will not be processed/accepted. You should be able to obtain a copy of your receipt from the dealer from whom you purchased the radio if you have misplaced your original. REPAIR/CUSTOMER SUPPORT OF OLDER MODELS OR NON-WARRANTY REPAIR IN NORTH AMERICA: For repair and support of your equipment NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY, please contact the shop nearest to you and listed below. GRE America will accept non-warranty repairs also. However, a $60 per hour plus parts repair charge will be applied.
